Sheffield Medical Ethics Society

About

We are a friendly society of medical students interested in ethical dilemmas that will challenge us throughout the profession. We represent the Sheffield Medical School in national debates and ethics conferences, and liaise closely with the Institute of Medical Ethics. We host advice and information sessions for students in all years of the course- from SJT advice sessions for final year students to Ethics and PPS  revision sessions for phase 1 students. We also organise book clubs with visiting authors, with the last author to visit being Sam Guglani (author of Histories).

We are a relatively new society and are still very much a member driven society, and would love to hear your ideas for events, books and all things medical ethics!
