A brand new placement guide, made for students, by students, is currently being written. It's aim is to let students know what to expect from ATH's. It will hopefully be done before the current phase 2 students set off on their first placement.

If any older students, particularly those who have been at The Children's Hospital, Weston park, Jessops or Chesterfield, have anything to contribute please feel free to e-mail Phase 2 Rep about subjects such as these:

  • Best way to travel there? How long does it take?
  • Parking?
  • Public transport?
  • Accommodation at peripherals?
  • What are the ATH libraries like?
  • Things to do when staying far out? Sports teams? Pubs? Gyms?
  • Useful clinical tips?
  • Anything else!!
